Shipping & Delivery

We are proud of our products and we make sure that your purchase is delivered to you in excellent condition - safely and promptly.  Our shipping services guarantee that your purchase is delivered right or we will gladly refund or replace your purchase.  Some crating and ground shipping charges are not included in the price and we contact our customer regarding any additional shipping fees.  Please allow time to prepare the total shipping and handling of your selections.  Shipping cost will  may vary throughout the United States.  Concerns or comments email us at: [email protected]

Returns

Because Butter Artistry products are constructed according to customers’ personal specifications, all purchases are final.  Exceptions apply only if damage occurs during  shipping.  You may request a refund or exchange for damaged  products by contacting our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receiving your order and  forwarding photos clearly supporting your claim.  A Return Authorization ( RA)  number will be issued by our claims team  after accessing the at the damaged plausibly occurred during shipment.  For information regarding Returns or Replacement, call or send email  to: [email protected]

              

Ordering

Order Status-Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click on the “Review Orders / Track Package” link to check the status of your order.  Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to change quantities or cancel an item. The reason for this is because we start producing your order right after we receive it in order to get it to you in a timely manner.  Order Tracking-Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. Then click on the “Review Orders / Track Package” link to track your order.  Order Incomplete?  To be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.  Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

ButterflyArtistry accepts Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit, debit, or check cards associated with a billing address within the United States and most United States territories. Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.  We also accept payment via your PayPal Account. Redeeming a promotional code / coupon code? On the shopping cart page (and check out page) enter your promotional code or coupon code in the “coupon code” box and click the “Add” button. The discount offered by this promotional code will then be applied to your purchase price.  Online orders to ButterflyArtistry, you may pay by credit, debit, or check card. When you provide ButterflyArtistry with your card information, ButterflyArtistry will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit while the pre-approval remains in place. Steelcase will not bill your credit card or process a transaction under your debit or check card until your order ships. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.

View the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website with your financial records. Updating Account Information

Account verification. To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing addresses on your order matches the information on your credit card account. If you have recently moved or are unsure whether you receive your credit card statement at your work or home address, please contact your card-issuing bank using the 800 number on the back of your credit card to confirm.  Daily spending limits for Debit Cards - Most debit and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of an order — even if there is enough money in an account. When using a debit card, funds are immediately reserved in your bank account at the time you place your order. Please consult your card-issuing bank for information about your daily spending limits if you are having trouble placing your order.
